Hello ... Thank you for visiting my website. I'm Adam McIntosh, a jewellery designer and maker from Edinburgh and I live mainly in my treehouse, Taigh Aisling, in Fife. This website is a bit out of date since I don't spend much time on computers. I'm presently in Sri Lanka to search for stones and commission makers with new designs for my 2009 range from Two Skies Design. I left early in January 2009 and will be back in Scotland in March. Hopefully this website will get an update then.
When I was 14 I built my own des res in a tree - Sycamore Mansion. I subsequently burnt it down (see Treehouse Valhalla) and have been traveling around the world collecting unique crystals, fossils and shells for my business, Two Skies Design. You can see an update of my travel news by clicking the "Newsletter" button above and I can be emailed on mail@AdamMcIntosh.com. However, I'm not always able to respond very quickly because I don't spend a lot of time on computers. Instead, I travel on the Faerie Path. It's much older, takes you far further, and there's no hassle if the computer goes wrong. The Faerie Path leads you wherever there's a welcome for stories, poetry and music. I was spreading my ecopacifist message in Scottish traditional style with my 21st century designer kilt, bashed up guitar, jews-harp and telescopic didgeridoo (see the red thing below) ... singing, writing and filming for various media back in Britain. So far my travels have taken me to countries such as Australia, Cuba and South Africa. As of 6th January 2005, I am continuing my path around the world stopping off in Fiji, New Zealand, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, India and Nepal. When I return in May 2005 I shall resume work on constructing my new dwelling, which is half in a cliff and half in a tree at Craigencalt Farm in Fife. OK folks ... that's all on this page. But do click the buttons up above to see the treehouse and everything else. Sign up in the "Guestbook," if you're brave enough to figure out how it works and keep a regular eye on the "Newsletter" for latest updates. Have fun! Nice one... Adam.
